If the top burners do not work but the clock does work your appliance may be wired improperly contact your installer. If your stove plugs into an outlet you will first want to make sure that the plug is actually plugged in. When all burners are not functioning the first thing you will want to check is the electrical source to the stove. The radiant surface element is not repairable.
