Ceramic wall tile making popping.
After a closer inspection today 3 days later i noticed that the grout is starting to crack.
Then put the roughly sized clay in the tile cutter pushing down on the steel handle and the tile will pop out of the bottom of the cutter.

In a proper installation this expansion and contraction is accounted for with.
One more thing i was.
If you don t need each tile to be an identical size then you can always just roll out your clay by hand using two sized flat wooden guides to roll onto this will make it s an.
Generally popped up and buckled tiles are caused by seasonal environmental expansion and contraction of the various materials used in the construction of your home.
To make the whole process easier you could invest in a slab roller which means you ll have to do less work in rolling out the clay before you put it in the tile cutter.
One reason the tiles could be making noise when you step on them is that the tile might have debonded in that spot so when you walk on those tiles they move and make that sound.
The reason it may have debonded might be because you don t have movement joints at the perimeter of tile installation where it transitions to the walls or in other locations where there should be a movement joint.

If the gaps are not consistent during the expansion phase the tiles will not have enough space to release stress which results in tiles popping out.
If the affected area is isolated and the rest of the area does not show signs of hollowness or popping repairing the isolated area standalone is possible.
